I don't understand how the setting syncing works, as when I went directly in the NVR the intrustion and line crossing marks appear in the camera settings in the NVR the theshold, sensitivy and percentage were out.

That way you won't mess up the local (iVMS-4200) config with the remote (DS-7216HGHI) config.
